Gratefuloop Terms of Use
Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using Gratefuloop. By creating an account, downloading, accessing, or using the app, you agree to these Terms.
1. About Gratefuloop
Gratefuloop is a mobile gratitude and reflection app for iPhone and Android. It helps users build a daily gratitude habit through gratitude entries, mood check-ins, reminders, calming visuals, companion avatars, affirmations, guided reflections, recaps, time capsules, and other reflection features.
Gratefuloop is designed for general wellness, journaling, reflection, and habit building. It is not medical advice, mental health treatment, therapy, counseling, crisis support, financial advice, or professional advice of any kind.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Gratefuloop. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the app only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login information secure and for activity that happens through your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it when needed.
You may delete your account in the app when account deletion is available. Deleting your account may permanently remove your profile, saved entries, settings, and other app data, subject to legal, security, fraud-prevention, and backup retention needs.
4. Your content
You may enter gratitude items, moods, journal notes, reflection responses, time capsules, favorites, and other personal content in the app. You keep ownership of the content you create.
You give KPAK Marketing LLC a limited license to store, process, transmit, display, and use your content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve Gratefuloop, including syncing your entries, showing your history, generating deterministic recaps, and providing app features you choose to use.
You agree not to use the app to create, store, or share unlawful, abusive, harassing, threatening, hateful, exploitative, or infringing content, or content that violates the rights of another person.
5. Subscriptions, free trials, and purchases
Gratefuloop may offer free features and paid premium features through monthly or yearly subscriptions. Subscription availability, pricing, free trials, renewal terms, taxes, cancellation, and refund handling may vary by platform and country.
Purchases made through Apple App Store or Google Play are processed by the applicable app store. Your subscription may automatically renew unless canceled through your Apple or Google account settings before the renewal date. KPAK Marketing LLC does not control app store billing systems, refund decisions, or payment method processing.
If a free trial is offered, you may be charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before the trial converts to a paid subscription. Premium access may be managed through RevenueCat and the applicable app store.
6. Referral gifts and promotional access
Gratefuloop may offer referral gifts, promotional access, or limited premium trials. These offers may be subject to eligibility rules, expiration dates, redemption limits, fraud prevention checks, app store rules, and RevenueCat support. We may modify, suspend, or end promotional offers at any time.
7. Notifications
If you enable notifications, Gratefuloop may send reminders, affirmations, reflection prompts, memory reminders, time capsule unlock notices, subscription-related messages, or other app-related notifications. You can manage notification permissions in your device settings and, where available, inside the app.
8. No emergency or crisis use
Gratefuloop is not designed for emergencies or crisis situations. If you believe you may harm yourself or someone else, or if you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, call emergency services or contact a qualified professional immediately.
9. App changes and availability
We may add, change, limit, suspend, or remove app features at any time. We may also update these Terms when needed. If changes are material, we will try to provide notice through the app, website, app store listing, email, or another reasonable method.
We do not guarantee that the app will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
10. Intellectual property
The app, name, branding, designs, software, content libraries, visual themes, avatars, features, and related materials are owned by KPAK Marketing LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, sell, or exploit the app except as allowed by law or with our written permission.
11. Third-party services
Gratefuloop may rely on third-party services for hosting, authentication, subscriptions, payments, push notifications, analytics, crash reporting, app distribution, and other operational needs. Your use of those services may also be subject to their terms and policies.
12. Disclaimers
Gratefuloop is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent allowed by law, KPAK Marketing LLC disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, KPAK Marketing LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, device issues, or other losses related to your use of or inability to use the app.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, the total liability of KPAK Marketing LLC for any claim related to the app will not exceed the amount you paid for Gratefuloop during the 12 months before the claim, or $100 if you have not paid for the app.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the app if you violate these Terms, misuse the app, create security or legal risk, or if we discontinue the app or a feature. You may stop using the app at any time.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless the laws where you live require otherwise.
